Our Team

Jess Hutt - Owner

Jess Hutt is a dog enthusiast, having grown up with varying dog breeds throughout her life. Hutt & Hound was created as a way of fulfilling her deep affection for dogs and healthy pursuits of the great outdoors. Jess recently completed a Certificate in Dog Psychology and Training and is always looking for ways to further understand our furry friends.

Previously, Jess has spent majority of her professional career working as a Commercial Events Specialist on leading international design and art events such as the London Design Festival, Sydney Contemporary Art Fair & Melbourne Fashion Week.

Sion Ramsden-Smith - Pack Leader

Sion has been a freelance Dog Walker for many years which enabled them to develop strong animal handling skills, a very good understanding of dog behaviour and the unique responsibilities that come with pack walking.
In addition to being a Pack leader at Hutt & Hound, Sion teaches in the Creative Arts and Fashion textiles sectors at RMIT Tafe. Sion is an animal lover, who truely enjoys facilitating adventures for dogs.

Indiana Kiely - Pack Leader

Indi has a genuine passion for dogs and a lifetime of experience. She brings a unique blend of hands on experience, enthusiasm and practical insights into canine behaviour and the diverse needs of the varied breeds.

In addition to her work with dogs, she is the Director, Performer & Teacher at the The Improv Conspiracy Theatre. She has also completed a Masters of Politics and a Bachelor of Education.

Ella Marsich - Pack Leader

Ella has a profound passion for animals and a wealth of experience in animal care. She grew up with a diverse range of pets, including birds, horses, fish, reptiles, frogs, rodents, and, of course, dogs. Currently she is the loving owner of three dogs—two schnoodles and an elderly cavoodle. In addition to being a Pack Leader for Hutt & Hound, she works in the Monash University Rodent Breeding Facility and is currently studying a degree in Biological Sciences. Ella has a long history of volunteering at the local vet clinic, Werribee Zoo and Bundoora Farm and has a strong desire to understand and contribute to the wellbeing of dogs.

Claudia Tomassini - Dog Sitter

Claudia is a lifelong animal lover and has never missed an opportunity for a pat with any dog, ever! Having grown up with working breeds she appreciates a long walk with plenty of sniffing opportunities, rain or shine.

Beyond hanging out with your fur-babies, she is studying Social Work and enjoys pottery, live music and cooking up a storm in the kitchen.
